April is National Garden Month

It’s April – which means its officially National Garden Month! This month, created to raise awareness about the many benefits of gardening, has been celebrated in some capacity since 1986. The celebration features educational activities, public events, government proclamations, and garden center seminars, all building excitement and increased participation in gardening.

Every week throughout this month, the official website for National Garden Month will be sharing helpful articles and fun activities to get your whole family involved in gardening and caring for the Earth.
